About Dr.Sai Sanskrithi
Dr.Sai Sanskrithi is a young PhD and has done double masters in the field of management. She is into the profession of teaching students at the Master’s level from a very young age. From the time she started her career, innovation is her key and she strived to bring something new to the student community.
Dr.Sai Sanskrithi is an educationist, a TEDx Speaker, an author and a professor in Bangalore. She started her teaching career at a young age. She has rich experience and exposure of many years in innovative teaching and pedagogy and used various tools and techniques to teach students a t the Master’s level. She has been a judge for Wharton B-School’s innovative pedagogy competition “Re-Imagine Education” for many years.
Dr. Sai Sanskrithi has over 30 research papers to her credit and has received over 10 awards for her outstanding contribution to the field of education teaching and research. She has been featured in various media for her contribution to the education industry.
Apart from being in the field of education and academics at the Master’s level, Dr Sai Sanskrithi also does social service and good to the humanity and works for various causes like special children, environmental conservation, transgenders, acid attack survivors to name a few.
Dr.Sai Sanskrithi is a very staunch Shirdi Sai Baba devotee and also a reiki master who has undergone training under the Tat Tvam Sattva with the guidance of Jaya Wahi Dhi and Baba’s grace.
Dr Sai Sanskrithi started her career at a very young age. She found herself teaching MBA students and counselling them on life at a tender age. Teaching is her passion. She loves to be innovative in her teaching skills.
The students today are always spending a lot of time on their screens. So, she made use of this as an opportunity to teach students her subjects by blending technology with traditional methods of teaching. She uses games like Candy Crush and Temple Run, movies like Chak De India and songs like Kolaveri Di and Jhoota Hai Japani to teach her subjects at the Master’s level.
Her unique style of teaching with innovation and a pinch of love is what makes her classes effective, fun and interesting for her students. She makes her subjects simple, easy to understand and uses her uniqueness to bring out the best in her students.
Passion, commitment and dedication describes Dr.Sai Sanskrithi. She has set her soul into shaping students of diverse backgrounds. She draws ideologies from Robin Sharma’s books on success and life and always shares them with her students.
Also, she teaches her students the two pearls of what she has learnt through her life journey from her spiritual Guru, Sai Baba – “Shraddha – Faith” and “Saburi- Patience”. In the journey of life, “Shraddha- Faith” is easy to follow but “Saburi – Patience” is not easy but when both are combined together, success, contentment peace happiness prosperity everything that a human being wants in life can be achieved effortlessly.
