Starting his career with B.Tech in IT followed by the distance learning MBA from SIBM Pune. Out of curiosity and passionate to learn and grab the things he did Business Model detailed program from IIT-Delhi and then provided his research project to IIT-Delhi that luckily got shortlisted and the project got converted to a Startup.

He has been very shy since childhood and always been a backbencher. He was so much shy to even interact with his friends around. He never thought that in his dreams even he will be a speaker once day. His first love is technical domain due to which he loves to train in tech skills and his second love to interact and socialize due which he turned around to be speaker by chance.


Virendra says “My passion lies firmly on three pillars: Firstly, enriching youth in building and improving their thinking, mind-set and their hidden underlying talent and skills, Secondly, mentoring individuals and guiding in their quest for technical training, enhancing and shaping their career, Thirdly, hunger for knowledge whether it belongs to any domain and sharing that pieces of information with the people around him.”


His ability to push boundaries, stay focused and power to re-mobilize through hardship, are core qualities he transmits through his coaching and speaking. He has been through many hardships, problems and incidents in his life which at some point of time he thought to quit job and leave everything behind but his strong belief on mythology words in ‘Gita’ and attachment to spirituality completely turned him into a different person, once can say like ‘Phoenix’.

Gaining more than 11+ years of deep experience he has empowered more than 1,00,000+ people with 200+ corporates, 100+ colleges and countless sessions, seminars, workshops and events. Currently, he is also associated and shortlisted as “Mentor of Change” for the Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) that is a flagship initiative set up by the NITI Aayog, Govt. Of India to promote innovation and entrepreneurship across the country. He has trained many schools under ATL Labs and has provided his valuable guidance and support to students and teachers.


Virendra is more engaged in the start-up eco-system and mentored more than 10+ start-ups with ‘Startup India’ and other agencies. He has chosen only two evergreen big sectors to work with- Education and Healthcare.


In the past and still Virendra is on the way to promote the world-class Innovation Hubs, Grand Challenges, Start-up businesses and other self-employment activities, particularly in technology driven areas. He worked in every sector such as telecom, healthcare, finance, banking, e-commerce and governance.


His expertise lies in many frontend, backend and database technologies. He is associated with more than 25+ corporate training hubs at present to deliver technical training in every in-demand technology in the market along with the soft skills and managerial domain such as Simplilearn, Edureka, Knowledge-Hut, Koieng-Solutions and countless. He also delivered several technical and functional training with Govt. Of India at “Cabinet Secretariat” and CAG. Few of his prominent corporates- Infosys Ltd., IOCL (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.), HCL Technologies, Wipro, Capgemini, DELL, CISCO and many more.
