Manifestation is Real: The Universe Will Manifest for You! | Zeeshan Zafar

You are real! The Universe is Real! And So is Manifestation!

Manifestation is absolutely real—but to embrace it, and make it work for you, you must first understand it.

I’m addressing two halves:

The first half doesn’t truly understand what manifestation is, either as a term, concept, or practice. The second half believes manifestation is just about visualizing what we want, and expecting it to happen.

To the second half first:

To truly understand manifestation, you must first believe that everything in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency. Everything you see, touch, and experience has its own vibrational frequency—and so do you. The good news is, you have the power to manage your own frequency by radiating either positive or negative energy. Energy? What’s that? Your thoughts and emotions are the energy that shapes your vibration.

Positive attracts positive, while negative attracts negative. The universe is designed to match and attract frequencies, bringing you what resonates with yours. So, if you want something real to happen in your life, you must align your frequency with it. And that’s true manifestation!

If this doesn't convince you, let's look at it from a neuroscience standpoint—focusing on neuroplasticity:

Neuroplasticity refers the brain's ability to create new connections (connections of neurons) and reorganize itself in response to new experiences or information, demonstrating that our brain is malleable—it is capable of constant adaptation and growth.

This brings me to address a common misconception that older brains are fully developed, fixed, and incapable of change in response to new experiences or information. This is simply not true. In reality, the brain has the potential to change and grow at any age, as long as we nurture and support it.

Neuroplasticity plays a key role in manifestation 'cause if you focus on something you want to achieve, your brain can adapt and rewire itself to align with that goal. Since your brain is malleable, by consistently thinking, believing, and acting toward your desire, you increase the chances of making it a reality. And that's again true manifestation!

You seem to be convinced about manifestation now, don't you?

So, regardless of how you choose to manifest, it's important to not just focus on the successes you want, but also the challenges that may arise along the way. By acknowledging both the victories and the obstacles, you set yourself up to be prepared and resilient in every situation.

Hope you're also with me on this:

Every truly successful person has consciously shaped their life through manifestation. They may not have known the term, but their actions were pure manifestation.

Just ask them, and you'll hear a resounding Yes! Now, to the first half:

Manifestation is not a new term or concept; it’s been around since the 19th century. We’re living in the 21st, and it will continue to be relevant for as long as humanity exists.

Surprisingly, manifestation was named the word of the year for 2024. For further insight, please refer to the content of "To the second half first".

Here are the key insights to take away:

We humans don’t just differ in appearance; we also differ in our vibrational frequencies—low, moderate, or high.

Manifestation is real, but you need to be clear about what you want the universe to manifest for you, meaning what to bring into your life. Have a good life, and make others' lives good too!
