Let me introduce myself, I am Mona Nahata (Actress & a Yoga specialist, Wellness coach).
I am sure many of them must be wondering actress what exactly, well I have worked in more than 200 tv commercials, print, short film, being in tv show like Adalat, hum Phir milenga, etc.
yoga & meditation 🧘♀️ was always part of my life from the age of 18, my mom introduced & thought me meditation & yoga then later I took a formal yoga teacher training course. But when I entered the field of acting, I hardly practised yoga & meditate.
That was the time when it took toll on my mental health the acting work pressure the uncertainty of the work made me emotionally weak.
See when you have health problem everyone can see , but it’s the opposite about anxiety, overthinking, stress & depression no one can see & few might understand what you’re going through….
To heal myself I needed something substantial & I got back to meditation & yoga, it did more than just healing me I am a better version of myself.
That’s why I taught yoga & meditation techniques in corporate, hotel industry, camps to more than 10,000 people so far.
Currently my yoga show is live on Tata sky, care world tv channel.
Also, I share fitness, yoga & nutrition video tutorials on my YouTube channel.
One word to sum up have faith in god.
