Satna, The four-nation T20 tournament was organized by the Bangladesh Cricket Association for the Physically Challenged under the aegis of the Paralympic Committee of Bangladesh at Sheikh Kamal International Ground from March 27 to March 31, in the memory of the Father of the Nation Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.


In this tournament Teams from India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka has participated. It is a matter of great pleasure that Brajesh Dwivedi of Madhya Pradesh was selected for this series on the basis of his performance. Brajesh is from Satna and is the only player selected from entire Madhya Pradesh.



It is to be known that Brajesh has been a part of the Indian Divyang team since 2017 and has represented India in many international matches and based on his performance and experience, he was selected in Mumbai Idols in the first Divyang Premier League held in Sharjah, UAE in 2021.


Got the captaincy of Mumbai Idols and performed brilliantly. He was the man of the match in the match and took the team to the semi-finals. Recently, in the first National Disability T20 held in Satna, Brajesh scored 49 runs off 22 balls as Madhya Pradesh captain. Not less. It is the result of his 22 years of hard work that today he was selected for such a big series.


He is grateful to his Divyang Cricket Control Board of India General Secretary, Honorable Haroon Rashid ji for considering him worthy.He gives the credit of his success to his late father and mother who provided him all kinds of facilities so that he could make his dreams come true.


He is very lucky that he got a chance to work in the world's best organization IIT Indore and by coming here he got a chance to fulfill his passion. He is grateful to his organization and he will try his best to keep illumining the name like this. Brajesh dedicates this success to his two sisters-in-law, his sisters, his wife, son, his disciple Ankit Rocky Sharma and friend Abhishek Khare.

  • Awarded "Madhya Pradesh Khel Ratna 2019 Award" by National Sports Times, Bhopal - 11 October 2019.

  • Awarded “India’s Shining Star Award 2019” by Youth India Development Board, New Delhi – 29 September 2019.

  • Awarded “India Star Passion Award 2019” by India Star Book of Records UP-S.

  • Awarded by “Divyang Ratna 2018” by Umeed Helpline Foundation Jaipur- September 2018.

  • Nominated as "Broad Ambassador" for Swachh Bharat Abhiyan of Satna City-2018 and honored by Hon'ble MP and Satna City Mayor.

Sports Achievement:

  • Represented the Mumbai Ideals team as captain in the Divyang Premier League (DPL) held at Sharjah International Cricket Stadium, Dubai (UAE) from 13 to 15 April 2021, as well as won the "Man of the Match" title and won the team Made it to the semifinals.

  • The India-Nepal series (Tapan Trophy) was played from 12 to 14 February 2019 in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Tri-series (Tata Steelium Cup) was played in Kolkata, West Bengal from 25 to 29 April 2018.

  • The India–Nepal series (CCL Cup) was played from 21 to 23 February 2018 in Ranchi, Jharkhand and where India won the series 3–0.

  • Represented the Indian cricket team for the physically challenged in the International Cricket Tournament for the Physically Handicapped held in Kolkata from 10 to 12 November 2017.

  • Represented the disabled team of Madhya Pradesh in the national cricket tournament held in Ajmer Rajasthan from 8 to 10 March 2017.
