
Positivity is the other name of hope and optimism. Its normal to face negative situation in any area of your life either it is your school, relation, job, family, health, financial. But if you are positive, you will think in a positive way, you can figure out how to deal with challenges, how to cope up with situation and still be happy and make others happy.
In day to day busy life, competition, maintaining status, you will surround yourself with negativity easily. Negativity is kind of weeds, you don’t need to grow it, it comes naturally. Its a human psychology, people first notice negative things and ignore all positive things in your life.
For example when you are in school, you didn’t pass any exam or Test, you will start to be negative and you will not behave good and that will affect people around you, and People never like Negative People. No matter how bad your day was, but there will be something good in your day but if you are negative you will not focus on good things. Being negative, never be helpful for you, your relation or family, friends and colleagues can never be Happy . Study shows, negative people are more tend to go in depression and that create stress origin of lot diseases.
On the other hand, Positivity makes life full of hope, love, energy and happiness . Now we come to the point, how to stay positive in negative situation. Negative comes automatically if you are not putting cap on negativity, and start to fulfill your life with positive things. Tips to be Positive -
Have Faith on God or Universe or some power that there is something beyond your control and Always believe good things coming on your way. Start to prayers, its my personal experience, prayers have amazing powers.
Surround yourself with the people who are positive and motivate you, its ok to avoid negative people.
Be Grateful what you have, and thank to them to be blessed and have them in your life.
Remember nothing is free in this world, if you are getting something be thankful for it. Don’t take it for granted.
Start to love your self, and accept who you are. If you will love and respect you, things started to change and it doesn’t matter what other people think.
Start to say your affirmation everyday. ie’ I am grateful, I am Positive, I love my self, I love others,
I am Happy, Great things are coming on my way” whatever you want, you should start to tell your mind every day, whatever mind listen, it started to believe.
Don’t Compare with others. Every one is unique in this world and have their own Unique DNA. If every person is different, different interest, how can you compare your life with others.
Avoid Negative News and negativity. If you are watching and listening those things again and again, your mind will automatic attract negative things. and you will think nothing is right in this world.
Keep yourself busy in what you love, if you will keep yourself busy you will forget all the things for that time.
Be compassionate, help others. No matter what happen to you, but there will be somebody who are always less fortunate. Help them, You will definitely feel Good
Start to put positive things in your life either reading books, watching positive and funny videos and movies. Don’t create the space for negativity
It's ok to be fail, failure is the first step to success. And every mistakes and failures teach you a lesson and prepare you for the future.
