Astonishing journey of making 100 rupees to 40 crores | Shubham Trivedi

Here I'm, to share my Astonishing journey of making 100 rupees to 40cr. Yes,100 rupees to 40cr, sounds like an outstanding achievement but this remarkable achievement wasn't easy at all, it was full of hurdles.

Achievement in business becomes more perplexing when you belong to a middle-class family and they don't know even "B" of business but your passion to complete this "B" into Business is on peak and uncompromisable.

well, a great thing that happened about my journey is the early realization of my future goal.

I started working on it in my early school days, very small and innovative start was of converting housework into business work.

being the youngest in the Indian family is similar to being the Alexa for your family who just fulfills their order within minutes multiple times, in our village, Alexa was needed not only by the family but the whole village for fulfilling their recharge demand. I was pissed off by going multiple times to shop for recharge.

here my business mind activated and I started doing recharge with a meager commission of just 1 rupee, that 1 rupees commission became 100 one day. Here onwards I got a kick for business.

after 10th in 2012, I prefer to go for a diploma but very soon business mind idea got bored with theories and cramming, and very soon I had to drop out of the diploma course.

In late 2013 I started doing free jobs on the road and bridges. My only motive behind the free job was to get more experience and groom myself. A desire to groom drove me to another private job company "San Jose " as a billion Engineer. Along with my job ,I started 2 startups.

  • 1. An Online grocery delivery named"Grocerica" and

  • 2. Gps services for vehicle tracking.

But 2 startups along with jobs become a little complicated so I had to sell both startup in 2017 .

unfortunately in the same year lost my job as well. high motivation and dreams to make my own journey didn't let me down. A new ray of hope always kept me going in all the tough situations.

Again in 2018 started my job as a Billing engineer in "KCC Buildcon" and continued till 2021. But this also couldn't quench my thirst, in December 2019 ,1 more startups I started "oyexperts" to book online appointments for Salon in Pune.after adding 50+ salons, during covid one more time I was hit hard.

Again lost my job and the startup shut down. This was the tough situation ever faced. Job lost, 2-3 startups lost, invested my valuable time in it, and got a return 0. I didn't have money at all, and nothing was left with me. The only thing that was left with me was my experience, dreams, and confidence to make it all again with my hard work.

However, for surviving 3 months in Pune this confidence and dream weren't enough, and for that I needed money. That time I got an abundance of emotional and financial support from some of my friends, who helped me without hope of getting any pay back.

A time when all companies were closing, employment was getting fired, and startups were shutting down. lakhs of people were committing suicide in concern of daily livelihood. I was also among them but not hopeless and fearful, despite many failures I was still stick on my decision to have my own business.

with patience and perseverance in 2021 August one more time, I stand with my inner motivation to start again my own startup "Oyexpert-Geotech solution" this time it was not just a startup but the last ray of my hope.

I utilized my knowledge with patience, it took a little time to succeed but today in light of its success I always remember my past journey and analyzed it, it was a failure that makes me sad, but that experience of failure makes me shine today.

Now my "Oyexpert-Geotech solution" has a valuation of around 40 crores. What this journey taught me is "failure should not use as unsuccessful but rather a successful process of learning and gaining experience". After 3 years of covid, still youths are wandering in search of jobs and ideas for startups, but the market is full of the exaggeration of many success stories.

We all know that a success story is an end story in itself, for getting experience and insight we should learn from failure. People who are success, they have experience using people and promoting their businesses through fake propaganda. 99% do not truly speak and reveal the real story and ideas behind their success, they just serve their masala's success story that is captivating, and inspiring.

In my opinion, a really successful person can't confine his success outcomes to himself or herself only, he will distribute them among those who needed them. To do justice to my success I guide new entrepreneurs who struggling in this field for making their own businesses and start-up and I ensure to make people feel comfortable sharing their problems and struggle.

We personally prefer quality work whether it's my business or your business, in this process, we are looking for more opportunities to serve the people with our vast experiences. To ensure this, I'm providing my all social media account to make it easier for people to reach out me.
