While reading a book named Complete Detox Program, I was looking for juices and smoothie that I can add in my daily routine, I always keep looking for healthy food that nourish my body. How to make Juice

It is recommended by Doctors Use 16 ounce juice every day in empty stomach. If its hard to drink 16 ounce juice you can start from 8 ounce and than increase the Quantity.


You can make juice in Juicer take 2 bunches and take 16 stalks and wash it thoroughly cut the edges and juice it, serve the fresh juice and rest keep it in a jar in refrigerator, you can use it for two -three days,

You can cut the 16 stalks in 1 inches and put it in blender add some water . and blend it very well. Strain it through sieve, serve fresh and rest as I mentioned earlier, you can use it for two- three days,

You can also enjoy its smoothie without straining it but finely blend and. you can mix Lemon or any any herb as per your taste.



My personal Experience

My body doesn't feel good, if I drink juice in empty stomach in the morning, I prefer to take lemon in warm water, but I use celery juice one hour before the lunch . And within few days I felt the following changes-


I feel more clear and glowing skin

Feel more skinny stomach

I feel Less bloating

I felt so light through out the day

I didn’t feel pain in joint as I felt before

Healthy Tips

As celery juice is loaded with lot of Nutrients but I can not ignore it's fiber benefits, so I don't waste its Fiber when I make juice, I keep it in refrigerator and later it can be used in any bread or for any soup, so you will get full benefits of celery

While making Celery Juice I also mix some other veggies as Spinach, Kale and Carrot, so that I can get other veggies benefits

If you can not drink so much juice because of lot of process or some thing, you can take benefits of Celery by eating as a healthy snacks with any dipping or hummus.

It also contains about 32 gm sodium in one stalk, so check your healthcare if you are in less sodium diet.

I will say in last, everyone has different body and body need, so before starting it do your own research or ask your healthcare if you have any chronic Disease.
